His mother endeavoured wholeheartedly for his having a good education and culture. He was I extremely active and fond of controlling every work by himself. He was very talented of handwriting. He wrote a number of issues of Qur'an personally: He knew Arabic and Persian very well. He was also well-acquainted with Imperial affairs and he took part in meetings of the Chancery of Empire even at the times he was ill.
